Central Florida has something for everyone!

Proximity to cities with international airports including Orlando International Airport, Daytona Beach International Airport, and Tampa International Airport means you’ll be able to travel when you’re ready. Small airports are located in many other cities such as Gainesville and Ocala, FL.

If cruising is your thing, Port Canaveral is just 45 minutes east of Orland, and is home to Disney Cruise Lines and Carnival Cruises.

Central Florida has 100 miles of beaches just 1 or closer from most cities. Attractions in Orlando serves as entertainment for visiting relatives or your family. It’s possible to enjoy Disney World, Sea World, Universal Studios, Busch Gardens in Tampa and other attractions for the day and return to the comfort of you home.

Tampa and Orlando boast many concerts and fine arts opportunities. Both cities are known for their shopping opportunities, boasting indoor and outdoor malls.

For the nature lover there is a wide variety of natural attractions such as Wekiwa Springs State Park and Silver Springs State Park. Biking, jogging, equestrian trails and greenways are extensive throughout the Central Florida region.

Central Florida still has land to develop meaning you don’t have to settle in a park or subdivision if you prefer to own a few acres with your mobile home. Acreage that allows for horses or a small farm are still readily available.

When it’s time you’re the kids to further their education, they don’t have to leave the state to get a quality education. The University of Florida and Florida State University are both great options along with a multitude of other state and local colleges located across the state of Florida.
